Your privacy and account security are protected at all times across the Shaiya Mythica website and game infrastructure.
We collect only the minimum technical data required to operate your Shaiya Mythica game account and website session: your chosen username, optional email address, encrypted password hash, IP address for anti-abuse security, and in-game character progress.
Your data is used strictly to provide access to the Shaiya Mythica Episode 5.4 game server, process support tickets, verify rankings, and prevent unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
Shaiya Mythica never sells, rents, or trades player information to third parties. Payment transactions via Stripe are processed directly on Stripe’s PCI-DSS certified infrastructure.
We apply strict technical safeguards (SSL/TLS encryption, parameterized SQL queries, and Cloudflare protection). Players may request account closure at any time through our Support Ticket system.
